We opened our Vancouver gutters division in 1999 for commercial and residential gutters. There are many options available for gutter profiles, in 5″ or 6″ continuous gutters. Styles range from Euro style, Colonial, Fascia, as well as zinc and copper. We carry the Lindab Euro style for premium gutter installations, which is considered the best gutter product available in Canada. We can also match the color of your home’s exterior.

Our gutters are hung with zinc coated fasteners, and gutter hanger spacing is set 14″ to 16″ on centre for added strength. Industry norm is 18″ to 24″ on centre. We use 3″ aluminum low profile outlets for maximum water flow, and premium gutter sealant. Standard downpipe we use is 2″ by 3″.  If you wish, 3″ round is available or the 3″ by 4″ box style.

Gutter Cleaning

• Interior – We remove debris by hand with our gutter cleaning service and flush the gutters and down pipes. The we do a water test to spot joint leaks
• Exterior – The outside of your gutter is washed by hand to bring out it’s best look

Leak Repairs

When your gutter is leaking we do a thorough cleaning and remove the old sealant. We use a solvent to clean and prep joints for new sealant. Once finished and dry, we guarantee the leak won’t redevelop for 2 years! Longer warranties are available when we install the 25 year warranty Leaf and Needleguard. When debris cannot get in the gutter system then there is no backup or drainage issues.

Our favorite products are Alu-Rex’s T-Rex™ and Gutter Clean System™. These systems are the only ones which have a warranty option.
