Labor Warranty

If we have installed a roof that develops an installation related problem, we cover the labor to correct the issue. You do not pay for any repairs under these circumstances. This does not cover circumstances like tree branches falling onto the roof causing damage, or gutter cleaners tearing shingles.

DIY Tips

Pitched or Steep Roofs:

  • Always keep the roof surface clean
  • Inspect the roof every 2-3 years
  • Look closely at the chimney when you are up there
  • Clean the gutters twice a year
  • Gutters should be inspected at seams, drains and corners

Flat or Low Slope Roofs:

  • The roof surface should be cleaned at the drains
  • Only walk on the roof when necessary
  • Use a blower or soft broom to remove debris
  • Inspect the roof every 2-3 years
  • Have heavy snow removed by a professional
  • Clean the gutters twice a year
